A star director, James Cameron, trains his camera on one of the biggest music stars of this generation in an acclaimed concert movie making its streaming debut. Filmed during Billie Eilish’s “Hit Me Hard and Soft” tour during arena stops in Phoenix and Manchester, England, Cameron captures the spectacle while keeping the focus on the intimate connection the singer makes with her enraptured audience. The film also features interview segments and a cameo appearance by her brother Finneas, who for the first time doesn’t join her on the road.

La-di-da. TCM‘s month-long “Summer Under the Stars” series devotes a full day for the first time to the movie career of the great Diane Keaton, who passed away last October at 79. The 24-hour lineup includes her disarming Oscar-winning performance in the title role of Woody Allen‘s 1977 Annie Hall (10:15/9:15c). Much of the day features her other Allen collaborations: 1993’s Manhattan Murder Mystery (4 pm/3c), 1975’s Love and Death (6/5c), 1978’s Interiors (midnight/11c) and 1973’s Sleeper (1:45 am/12:45c). Making its TCM debut: 1984’s adaptation of the John le Carré thriller The Little Drummer Girl (3:30 am/2:30c).

Having explored people’s extreme desire to own, harbor and traffic in big cats (Tiger King) and chimpanzees (Chimp Crazy), often to their peril, filmmaker Eric Goode turns his attention to the trade in illegal reptile smuggling in his latest fascinating docuseries. “Jurassic Park made everyone want to have their own dinosaur in their house,” says one of the subjects as Goode explores the underworld of obsessive collectors and the criminal traffickers who enable them. The first of five episodes traces a feud between two rival dealers that leads to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service investigating an iguana smuggling case.

Could the love triangle that fuels this YA coming-of-age drama take on an added dimension? Season 3 finds Jackie (Nikki Rodriguez) still sorting things out with brothers Cole (Noah LaLonde) and Alex (Ashby Gentry) when her childhood friend from New York, Eliot (Naveen Paddock), arrives in Silver Falls. Thankfully, the Walter boys have other pursuits to occupy them: Alex with his bronco busting and Cole with a new sideline in drag racing. The series has already been renewed for a fourth season, so don’t expect resolution of this tangled situation anytime soon.

A glimpse of tribbles is a sure sign that the Trek spinoff is going for a lighter touch this week. And that’s very much the case when the Enterprise‘s overworked Alpha crew takes shore leave on a resort planet “to take the edge off,” especially where the ongoing feud between pilot Ortegas (Melissa Navia) and engineer Scotty (Martin Quinn) is concerned. It’s fun to watch everyone succumb to the planet’s “atmospheric inebriation” and let their freak flags fly, but when Ortegas and Scott wake up in a scenario out of The Hangover, they realize something more sinister is going on. But how to snap everyone out of it, including a hallucinating Spock (Ethan Peck)?

- Hudson & Rex (8/7c, UPtv): The eighth season of the Canadian crime drama makes its linear debut with Rex the K9 German Shepherd getting a new partner in Detective Mark Hudson (Luke Roberts).
- Downright Delicious with Yo-Yo (8/7c, AspireTV): Rapper and food enthusiast Yolanda “Yo-Yo” Whitaker shares some of her favorite recipes, including cocktails and desserts.
- The Bear (9/8c, FX): After one of the most harrowing services in their short history, the staff of the Chicago eatery looks toward the future in the dramedy’s poignant series finale.
- Project Runway (10/9c, Freeform): Fashion designer Willy Chavarria joins Tyra Banks as guest judges for a challenge involving turning paper towels into creative, runway-worthy looks. In another twist, the players are asked to name who among them is the weakest link.
ON THE STREAM:
- D.O.P.E. Unit (streaming on ALLBLK): A crime drama follows the exploits of the D.O.P.E. (Drug Operational Police Enforcement Unit) task force in Philadelphia as they take on the city’s powerful crime families.
- Gone (streaming on BritBox): In the British mystery’s penultimate episode, suspicion continues to mount against the closed-off Michael (David Morrissey) for his wife’s murder. But after Annie (Eve Myles) is removed as his Family Liaison Officer, she doggedly pursues other avenues of inquiry.
- Caroline Rhea: A Labor of Love (streaming on Wonder Project on Prime Video): The comedian (Sabrina the Teenage Witch) delivers a family-friendly set on motherhood and modern life in the final installment of the streamer’s The Stand-Ups.
